Was once better

WriteRoom used to be a very simple writing tool. Minimalistic with great UX, it was my favourite way to write. Recently they made an overhaul of this app, increasing more functions to give writers greater options.

The problem is I didnt want more options—thats what Microsoft Word is for. The app has now become more difficult to use and the UX has declined. It may be a learning curve and Im still getting used to it; its been 10 days and Im still getting used to it. The previous iteration required no getting used to—that was the beauty of it.

I miss the old version and the new updates—in my opinion—were a step in the wrong direction.
